Weekly Update, Re-Evaluating...

This was the same as last week. However, I  am okay with it, because it was Easter weekend and didn't overdo it. I also was only able to make it to the gym three days last week. I do love my new shoes and socks for the gym. They make a huge difference! On Friday, I went and had the usual lunch with my sweet friends from work. We go to Madbrook doughnuts and sandwiches almost every Friday because we don't have time to take lunch between the two sessions. I love  their doughnuts, but have avoided them for a long time. I really wanted one on Friday....so I cut it in half and threw half of it away. I was EXTREMELY proud of myself.... I LOVE doughnuts, especially double chocolate ones (which this was, with some Peanut Butter).

So, I didnt't make my first goal date; 201 lbs by April 22nd. On Saturday, I sat down and made new goals. Here they are:

Weight-loss goal: 60 lbs (down to 150 lbs)
Reach date of Ideal Goal Weight: November 18, 2011

June 17, 2011: 196 lbs
August 5, 2011: 182 lbs
September 30, 2011: 168 lbs

-8 Minutes in the morning Monday-Saturday
-Eat Jorge's Cruise Down Plate Plan, with 2/3 small snacks a day
-ONLY 1 small treat a day
-Drink 5 pink bottles (120 oz) water every day
-Exercise/Cardio AT LEAST 4/5 days a week

Started new online classes for school today. This time, I am taking 3 classes, instead of 2. I am trying to get the extra credits as quickly as I can to get the next pay scale jump. The district usually only allows you to take two course at a time, so we will see how this goes. I am planning on taking 3 classes during each session this summer.
