This Week's Update...

For some reason, this week has felt a little crazy! I haven't updated about my progress this week and I was reprimanded by my sweet sister!

So, here it is...

After going to St. George last weekend with friends and not eating the Jorge way, I gained 3 lbs. Vacations are hard!!! My biggest downfall was all the soda I drank; it wasn't diet. I did still drink lots of water, did my exercises, etc. However, soda killed me. One thing I can say, is that even gettign 10lbs off and getting more in shape, made all the difference when hiking, etc. in St. George. I couldn't believe how good I felt while hiking and playing around.

Needless to say, I got back on the wagon this week...ate better, drank better, did exercises, & hit the gym 4 days this week for 45 minutes. The extra weight, (which I am sure was mostly water), has been coming off. As of this morning, I am at 210.4 and should be back to my 209 weight by tomorrow morning.

I may not make my 201 by April 22nd, but I should be close. While talking with Trav about it, he encouraged me to reevaluate and set new goals from when I actually hit the 201 goal. So, I think that 's the plan....
