This week...

So, my sister told me that I am inspirational to a lot of people by doing what I am doing and blogging about it. Seriously, I don't know about that...I think most everyone I know has already figured out how to eat right and exercise right, so they are healthy and in shape. I am sure that I used to know and understand it, too, but somewhere I have totally forgotten, decided not to care, or got lazy. So, even if I don't inspire anyone else, this is for me; to keep myself motivated and inspired.

This week, I was reminded after a not-so great eating day, how important it is to eat following Jorge's healthy guidelines. Eating right and doing 8 minutes of exercise (and extra time at  the gym) really does make the weight come off. Plus, I still get to eat things I love.

I am down to 211.6
I have worn a pair of pants and 2 sweaters that I haven't worn in at least 2 years. They are snugger than I would totally like still, but it is such progress and SO MOTIVATING!

This morning, we started with Jorge's "8 Minutes in the Morning". This is very similar to what we have been doing. However, it involves using free weights. I am excited for this new change.

Trav and I have both decided that it's time for new shoes; sometime in the next week or so, we are getting new shoes. I am excited because I keep getting blisters in random spots on my left big toe. Plus, then they will be all worn in for DisneyWorld. Interestingly enough, all of my shoes get really worn at the ball of my feet, especially on my left foot.

Still waiting to see who won the contest for biggest loser this week (2/25 till today)....keep you posted!

Oh, and 2 weeks of my 2 (3) week online courses are finished. Guess, I better start seeing what I can take next....

You are. Good luck with the Biggest Loser competition. And thanks for being so kind today. RJ's decided he needs to see you every Monday. :)

Go to Striders in Layton for shoes. They do a test to see where the points on your feet you walk to most and help you find shoes that match. Love my running shoes!
