Last Saturday, Trav went up to Home Depot and met up with his dad. They picked up a lot of the stuff to do the electrical...most everything except the final fixtures and the can lights that are going in the already existing part of the family room.
On Wednesday, his dad came over and they got all the boxes and in for the outlets and switches.
It really is exciting!
On Friday, they went and picked up the fan for the bathroom.
Yesterday, Trav and I went to the electric store and picked out/bought our stairway night light things. We also looked around and got some ideas for bathroom lights, laundry lights, etc. When we got home, we figured out where the can lights are going to go in the new part and marked them, so that we are read for Kirby on Wednesday.
Kirby, we really appreciate you taking the time on Wednesdays to come out and help us! It has been fun,too! You are always welcome and invited to eat dinner here on those days. Just know that when this project is done, there is a dinner at Maddox with your name on it! We love you!

I haven't been bowling in forever. Love the bowling shoes....very stylish! Can't wait to see your basement. we haven't been over since your b-day party almost a year ago! Maybe trav will throw another one so we can see the finished product. hint hint!
