Cousins from Iowa....

This week we have been lucky enough to have cousins in town from Iowa. Jason, Jill, and girls arrived on Monday afternoon. We ordered pizza for dinner and just hung out. The kids made a hut to sleep in. On Tuesday, we headed to the Hogle Zoo. Preston and Carson were so excited to be there, we couldn't get to all the animals fast enough for them. Tuesday night we barbecued, made a long-awaited ice cream run, and just hung out. Wednesday, we went to Antelope Island. It was a nice little trek down to the water. It was so stinky and buggy that NOBODY really wanted to stay there longer than the time it took to get a picture. Barb and Scott hosted a barbecue on Wednesday evening. The kids were so excited to play "Kick the Can" and some of the aunts and uncles played, too. Thursday, we took it easy and just went swimming at my mom and dad's pool. Barb and Scott were nice enough to watch all 9 kids, so that all the adults could go eat a nice dinner at Maddox.

Jason and Jill, we love you guys! We miss you already and are thinking we are going to have to plan another trip out there, sooner than later!
